Rachel began her professional journey as a language and history teacher and after pursuing formal theological studies, was ordained as a minister by the age of 24. Her early career as a mentor to young and emerging professionals laid the foundation for her lifelong commitment to human development and organizational leadership.

Formally educated at Marquette University (Wisconsin, 2000), Rachel specializes in the study of ancient cultures, world religions, and shamanistic traditions, examining the ideological and cultural systems that have shaped civilizations and human behavior across time.

Bridging the ancient and the contemporary, she brings a rare fusion integrating anthropological, historical and cultural analysis while blending rigorous inquiry with practical application and business acumen (MBA). Her unique interdisciplinary approach is known for helping individuals think strategically in order to navigate complexity while understanding the deeper human dynamics that drive behavior, leadership, organizations and culture with clarity and purpose.

A certified clinical hypnotherapist and creator of the Regenerative Therapy Module (RTM) ©™, Rachel is deeply versed in human behavior, cognitive theory and personality dynamics, including an advanced understanding of Cluster B (DSM-5) personality profiles and behavioral pattern recognition. Her work reflects a grasp of mind theory, influence and the complex psychological frameworks that shape individuals, relationships and collective decision-making, turning complex concepts into practical solutions for leaders, entrepreneurs, teams and individuals navigating high-stakes environments. Whether addressing strategic growth, the psychology of marketing or resilience in challenging systems, she brings discernment and actionable direction to organizations and individuals all over the world.

As of 2025, Rachel is also a certified Human Rights Consultant (US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights™), specializing in Human-Child Trafficking.
